What we ask

  • Use it in your real clinic for scheduling, check-in and notes once it's ready.
  • A 20–30 minute check-in every week or two to tell us what works and what doesn't.
  • Patience with early rough edges. We fix issues fast.
  • If it works for you, a short testimonial or the occasional reference call.

Your patients' data is protected

We sign a HIPAA business associate agreement before any patient data enters the system. Data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure under Microsoft's own HIPAA agreement, and you can export your data at any time.

The AI features run inside the same Microsoft cloud under the same agreement, so no other company sees your patients' information. Patient data is never used to train AI models, recordings are deleted once you approve the note, and nothing goes in the chart until a provider signs off.
